Amanda has been very professional and accommodating from the first phone call. Whenever we wanted to look at a house, she was quick to get an appointment and was there to show the houses. After looking at many houses, we found one we wanted to make our home.There was a lot of interest in this house, but with Amanda's tenacity and determination and hours of negotiations we ended up with the home. There were some issues found during the inspection, but with Amanda professionalism she was able to negotiate a repair cost agreement. We had a painless settlement and was able to move into our home.Now it was time for us to sell the property. Amanda stepped up to help us. We had discussed a price;Amanda did her research and felt the price we were asking was below market value. She listed the property at the higher price. We currently have a contract on the property but the buyer's title company found an issue with the previous ownership that should have been found by the title company when we bought the property. With Amanda's guidance and tireless work we have gotten through this is issue and we now have a closing date.
